Return Window You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, opened tofu cat litter bags cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct variant before opening.

Defective or Wrong Items If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the full cost of return shipping and send you a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Change of Mind Returns If you'd like to return an item due to a change of mind, you are welcome to do so within 7 days. Return shipping costs in this case are borne by the customer. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
