Where We Ship
We currently ship to Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia) only. We are unable to ship to Sabah, Sarawak, or internationally at this time. We appreciate your patience as we work toward expanding our delivery coverage.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders above RM 120 within West Malaysia. No code needed — it applies automatically at checkout.
Standard Shipping (Orders Below RM 120)
Shipping fees are calculated based on parcel weight and your delivery location. The exact rate will be shown at checkout before payment.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12pm on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Couriers
We ship primarily via SPX Express. Depending on your location and availability, we may also use Ninja Van, J&T Express, or other courier partners via EasyParcel to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery to you.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, deliveries within West Malaysia typically arrive within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be shared with you once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel via your courier's website or app.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
