1. About Us
Mami Cat Venture is a partnership registered in Malaysia under the Registration of Businesses Act 1956, with registration number 202203188893 (JR0137613-P). Our principal place of business is at B1-7-3, 1 Bukit Utama, Bandar Utama, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. References to "we," "us," or "Mami Cat" refer to Mami Cat Venture.

2. Products
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. We do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or pricing are entirely error-free. If we discover a pricing error after your order is placed, we will contact you before processing.

3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4. Shipping
We ship to Peninsular Malaysia. Free shipping is provided for orders above RM 120 within West Malaysia. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier conditions beyond our control. We are currently unable to ship to Sabah and Sarawak.

5. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on mamicat.com — including product images, copy, branding, and design — is the property of Mami Cat Venture and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Mami Cat Venture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
